Projects

Exploring systems, stories, and strategies that move innovation forward with purpose and integrity.

Building the Future Through Systems That Matter

From equity in education to strategy in wildfire resilience, each project here reflects my commitment to design that is principled, practical, and future-facing.

I create frameworks and tools that aim to help shape more just, thoughtful, and human-centered futures, one system at a time.

Six Projects That Help Build What’s Next

From relational AI to wildfire resilience, these featured projects represent my approach to designing with purpose: where innovation meets equity, and frameworks become tools for real-world change.

Relational AI Depth Framework

A seven-level guide for deep, values-centered human–AI interaction

Created to support more intentional, equity-aware engagement with AI, the Relational AI Depth Framework maps seven levels of interaction—from shallow automation to meaningful co-creation. I designed this framework to help educators, designers, and technologists reflect on purpose, ethics, and relational depth in every AI encounter.

Wildfire Innovation Compass
& Strategy Studio

Mapping clarity, funding pathways, and responsible tech for wildfire resilience

As lead designer of The Compass and co-designer of The Studio, I contributed to the development of an AI-powered toolkit to support wildfire-focused innovators. Built in collaboration with the Catastrophic Wildfire Prevention Consortium, this project helps wildfire innovators and changemakers navigate funding, partnerships, and market entry, both ethically and systemically.

AI Wisdom Education

Fostering critical, ethical, and creative AI engagement in learning environments

As part of my work as a Research Consultant at the Responsible Innovation Lab, I developed AI Wisdom Education to help students and faculty engage AI reflectively—not just efficiently. Grounded in justice, ethics, and critical thinking, this initiative bridges pedagogy and policy through tools, dialogue, and actionable insight.

Critical Thinking + AI Course

Helping students use AI to think more clearly—not just finish faster

This practical, student-centered course called Enhancing Critical Thinking Using Generative AI in Higher Education helps college learners use AI tools to develop habits of discernment, fairness, and deeper inquiry. Co-developed as my undergraduate capstone at Arizona State University, the project’s next phase includes ensuring its successful deployment by sharing among faculty and students seeking intentional, responsible integration.

Threading Futures:
Weaving Relational Worlds for AI in Education

A narrative framework for reimagining ethics and story in AI design

Threading Futures explores how storytelling, ethical witnessing, and speculative design can reshape how we relate to AI. Originally written as a reflection on responsible innovation, it’s now evolving into a narrative foresight tool for educators and cultural leaders imagining more just futures.

Vireo: Story Hook AI Companion

A creative AI tool for crafting short prompts with purpose and dignity

Vireo is a conversational AI companion that helps users co-create 120-word story hooks rooted in vision, values, and human dignity. Designed to spark reflection, not automation, it’s part writing tool, part storytelling guide—built for changemakers, educators, and emerging leaders, and also everyone in between.

Ro – AI Socratic Coach Chatbot

Conversational Reflection for Ethical and Critical Growth

Ro is an AI-powered chatbot inspired by the Critical Thinking + AI video course designed to guide and prompt ethical inquiry, perspective-taking, and critical reflection in students and professionals.

Rather than giving answers, it cultivates deeper thinking through intentional questioning modeled after the Socratic method.

Redesigning Readiness:
A Futures Toolkit for Life After High School

Readiness-As-Design:
Reframing readiness as an act of intentional co-creation,
moving youth away from external metrics and toward internal agency.

The Work of You:
A Journey Into Who You’re Becoming

An AI-powered reflection space for exploring identity, values, and what it means to shape a life that reflects who you are.

What if exploring your future didn’t start with job titles, but with who you are and what you care about?
The Work of You invites young people to slow down and listen inward, surfacing the values, stories, and possibilities that shape how they want to show up in the world.

It’s not a roadmap, but a conversation that begins with, and belongs to, you.

Readiness-as-Relation (R:R)

A leadership framework that centers relational presence, ethical responsibility, and systems fluency.

What if readiness isn’t a checklist—but a way of relating? R:R reimagines how we prepare for complex futures by emphasizing co-authorship, not control.

It offers a structure for understanding how relationships—with self, others, community, and systems—define true readiness.

Filipino-American Changemakers in Innovation

Exploring visibility, legacy, and belonging at the intersection of culture and creativity.

This inquiry asks how Filipino-American stories—and diasporic leadership more broadly—can reframe who gets to lead, innovate, and shape the future.

Futures Literacy for Everyday Builders

Developing tools and mindsets that help more people think—and act—futuristically.

Beyond institutions and foresight labs: how can we democratize futures thinking so that it’s usable, not abstract? What if every classroom, household, and meeting held a futures lens?

Educational Technolgy Equity Analysis

A high-impact, data-driven portfolio project analyzing equity in educational technology access and outcomes, demonstrating skills in data analysis, equity assessment, data visualization, and policy communication.

Let’s Build What Comes Next, Responsibly.

Each of these projects reflects a commitment to systems that center:
purpose, not speed, and collaboration, not control.
